CAO Amazon Basin was a release unlike anything before. The secret sauce behind the success was tobacco called Braganca which only comes from remote regions in the Amazon rainforest. With the tobacco only being harvested every couple of years, and the process of transporting it by canoe, describing it as rare may be an understatement. Getting all 6 of the Infinity Stones seems like an easier task. But as the saying goes, nothing good in life comes easy, was put to the test again with CAO’s release of Amazon Basin Extra Anejo. This exotic stick is almost exactly the same as the original Amazon Basin keeping with a dark, Ecuadorian Sumatra Ligero wrapper, and finished off with a blend of tobaccos from 5 different countries. Braganca is still the star of the show giving it that Amazonian bold and distinctive taste. Take all of that and go one step further with aging it an additional 2 years for an even more complex tasting profile.
