Description
Founded by Graycliff Resort owner, Enrico Garzaroli, the Graycliff Cigar Company has achieved fame worldwide for high-end, handcrafted cigars produced in the lush tropical setting of the prestigious Bahamian resort by the same name. Garzaroli dreamed of producing truly top-shelf cigars to complement the cuisine in his first class restaurants. He partnered with Cuban cigar legend Avelino Lara to create Graycliff Cigar Company. Lara was responsible for Castro's personal smokes and the Cohiba line. Graycliffs are handmade in a small area behind the resort. Only a few hundred are rolled each day here. Demand has mushroomed so much that Graycliff has expanded their manufacturing operations to Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. The Graywolf is handmade in the Dominican Republic and features Honduran long-fillers and an Honduran binder that is topped with a sweet Connecticut Broadleaf maduro wrapper. Medium in body, this smoke has earthiness that’s hearty yet balanced, completing a luxuriously smooth and satisfying cigar with a savory sweetness on the finish. A perfect after dinner smoke, pair it with an Irish Coffee or a dark rum.
