Illusione Garagiste cigars which refers to a group of winemakers in the Bordeaux region, producing “garage wines” who somewhat are considered renegades. The Illusione Garagiste is the first Illusione blend to utilize an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. Garagiste is a true exhibition of Illusione’s consistent quality. It’s an absolute gem of a premium that utilizes ligero long-fillers from two different regions in Nicaragua as well as a blend of Criollo ‘98 and Corojo ‘99. It all comes together inside a Habano Ecuador wrapper, a first time for Illusione to use an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. This combo packs on the flavor with notes of wood, earth, spice, and cocoa. Totally indulgent with flavor spilling out of the seams. Garagiste earned a 90-point rating: “The draw and burn of this cigar are even and consistent. Notes of vanilla and oolong tea are balanced by earthy undertones and a maple-pecan sweetness.”
