Description

The La Gloria Cubana Medio Tiempo Toro (6.0 x 50), uses medio tiempo leaves in its blend. Medio tiempo leaves are leaves that are grown at top of the stalk and receive the most direct sunlight, giving them a concentrated strength. These rare Connecticut Habano medio tiempo leaves, which grow on an estimated one in ten tobacco plants, are blended with long-fillers from the Dominican Republic, Honduras, and Nicaragua. These tobaccos are encased in a Connecticut Broadleaf binder and are wrapped in a luscious Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper. This medium-bodied blend gives off delicious notes of cream, cedar and spice.
