Normally richness isn't found in mellow and mild cigars. These two characteristics are often antithetical. Not with the Macanudo Maduro. Yet Macanudo came up up with a maduro that's “mellow” without sacrificing any of the richness. Double-fermented Cuban seed Dominican and Mexican long filler is expertly blended with a Mexican San Andrean binder, which is wrapped in a nearly black Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper.The fermentation process, of course, produces sugars, which is where the signature Macanudo sweetness comes from and dominates the abundant clouds of smoke. A rich mocha flavor joins the Macanudo profile and is consistent throughout the entire cigar.
