The Man O’ War Valkyrie is a medium strength stick that is hand rolled in Nicaragua. The Valkyrie was blended by AJ Fernandez and it is a line extension of the Man O’ War brand. Its binder and filler of undisclosed origins is draped over a “desflorado” Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper. “Desflorado” is Spanish for deflowered, which means the tobacco’s flowers and seeds are removed while the tobacco is still growing. This method allows the tobacco leaves to receive the most sunlight and nutrients. Thereby, creating a more flavorful and robust cigar.
