Description
Daniel Nunez and Modesta Fondeur are two of the most prominent figures in the cigar industry. Both started way back in the 1970s and rose to the upper echelon within General Cigar, President and Vice President respectively, before both retiring from the company in the late 2000’s. They have once again joined forces to form NF Cigars. Their first release, V Decada, is meant to embody the legacy they want to leave of their passion for the industry. They spent more than 2 years perfecting the blend. A Dominican binder holds its long fillers, mostly from the Dominican Republic but with a small amount from Nicaragua as well. This is then topped with a genuine Cameroon wrapper that has a minimum of 3 year of aging. The culmination is a mild to medium bodied stick that has ample notes of cedar, oak, and almonds.
